“Naked Judicial Punishment #1” stars Candice Emerson in a new series where we explore the way spanking and punishments might be handled in the not so distant future. Certainly everyone knows that when you give up a right in this world it’s certainly very hard to get it back again. In this case, laws were changed and Act 207 was passed allowing the head(s) of a family to request stern discipline by the state for any teen 18+ in the household. The new law was sold as a way to finally change America for the better. And certainly some celebrated the idea of stricter laws, while others saw that such measures of discipline could be misused!

In the case of Candice Emerson she was punished for what many would consider minute infractions. She had sassed the authority figures at her home several times, but did she really deserve to be stripped naked for corporal punishment?

Candice was secured to a bench at the court office building and she was given a spanking with the hand, followed by stinging strokes with a prison strap! Candice was concerned for the well being of her bottom as she could feel it beginning to welt and she knew that there would be more strokes to endure. Next, a long and thick razor strap would bring strong reactions out of the girl, and she was still yet to be paddled! The court used a wooden paddle with holes for her particular punishment, and with certainty Candice was on her best behavior when she was returned home.
